Limits & billing

A monthly plan sets your concurrency cap, profile cap, and included proxy-data GB. Egress beyond the included data is metered per GB against your wallet balance.

Session limits

Every session has a hard cap of 1800 seconds (30 minutes). Design long jobs to reconnect rather than hold a single session open. Concurrency and profile caps are set by your plan.

LimitDescription
Session durationHard cap of 1800 seconds (30 minutes). A session is closed when it reaches the cap.
ConcurrencyMaximum simultaneous sessions, set by your plan (for example 5 concurrent). Further connects are rejected until a slot frees up.
ProfilesMaximum saved profiles, set by your plan (for example 10). Create more by deleting old ones or upgrading.
Top-up packUp to 500 GB per pack. Balance never expires and rolls over month to month.

How billing works

A monthly plan covers your profile cap, concurrency cap, and a bundle of included proxy-data GB. Beyond that, you pay per-GB overage (default $0.50 per GB, configurable) drawn from your wallet balance.

Usage is metered on real proxy egress bytes, the actual bytes that leave through your chosen egress, not CDP frame bytes on the control channel. Sessions using proxy=none or a BYO inline proxy do not draw from the included Capzy data pool. See Proxies & geo.

Top-up packs

You can add data ahead of time with top-up packs of up to 500 GB each. Top-up balance never expires and rolls over month to month, so it stays available until you use it.

Connect is rejected on an empty balance
A connection is refused at connect time if your balance is empty or the Browser credential is disabled. Keep a positive wallet balance and an active credential so sessions can start. See Connecting for how credentials are managed.
